Condolence: My most sincere condolences to Louise and Tom's family on his passing. Tom and I have been close friends since kindergarten. Tom also kept in touch with my family, always stopping to greet and talk to them at Sunday Mass. Tom was also one of a few friends who always asked my mother about me when I was overseas in Vietnam. "Tell Dom I'm thinking of him and keeping him in my prayers," he would tell her. My family and I will never forget Tom, and will keep him, Louise and his family in our thoughts and prayers. RIP Tom. As the great chess champion that you were, may your heaven be one gigantic chess board.

Condolence: Dear Louise and family, I knew Tom as a classmate, friend , chess partner and most recently as a patient at Hackensack Hospital. I'll always remember his smile and sense of humor and the fact that I was unable to defeat him in Chess. He won every match that we played. Recently when I saw him at the hospital, he cracked a smile and nodded his head when I spoke with him. He still had his drive and humor. I will miss him. My condolences to all. DD
