MIRANDA, Angela ( nee Yocovelli ), age 83 of Garfield died on August 25, 2014. She was born in Bogota residing there for 21 years before moving to Garfield 62 years ago. Mrs. Miranda was a parishioner of Our Lady Of Mount Virgin RC Church, Garfield, and employed by the Garfield Public Library for 25 years, retiring in 1993. She is predeceased by her husband Angelo Sr. in 2001. She is survived by her son Angelo and daughter Grace Miranda-Palotta and husband Frank. Also survived by grandchildren, Ronald DeMuro and Chelsey and David DeMuro and Jasmine and great grand children Dylan and Ronald III. The funeral is Friday August 29, 2014, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 10 am followed by a 11 am mass at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Garfield. Private cremation. Visiting Thursday 6 to 9 pm. The Miranda family is in the care of the Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Ave., Garfield (973-340-7077).
