Condolence: I'm sorry to have learned of Kent's passing three months after the fact, and regret that we'd been out of touch for about 25 years. During my late teen years and early 20's, Kent had enormous influence on me. We played music together, partied together, got into the sound business together, but eventually went down our own paths. I remember him for an incredible work ethic, boundless energy and enthusiasm, mechanical and carpentry talent, and generosity.
We pulled all nighters, then worked long days. We partied hard but showed up ready.
Peace to your parents and children Kent Longer. Glad to have had those times.
