PENNISI, Salvatore “Babe”, age 83, of Paramus, died on January 17, 2015. Born and raised in Garfield for 56 years, he moved to Paramus 27 years ago. He was a partner of the Midnight Sun in Garfield for 30 years retiring in 2002, a parishioner of the Church of the Annunciation in Paramus, a Bergen County Park Commissioner, and a member of the Garfield Elks. Babe is survived by his wife of 53 years, Margarita (Ribaudo), a son, Joseph Pennisi and wife Karen, a daughter, Christine Daley and husband Francis, and five grandchildren, Joseph, Noelle, Jessica, Maya, and Jason. He is predeceased by a brother, Paul Pennisi. Visiting Tuesday 4 to 8 pm. The funeral is Wednesday, January 21, 2015, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 10:30 am followed by a 12 pm mass at the Church of the Annunciation, Paramus.
