ADZIMA, Anne (nee Librizzi), age 88, of Burlington, died on January 20, 2015. Born and raised in Garfield for 62 years, she lived in Toms River 20 years before settling in Burlington 6 years ago. She was a sales clerk for Bamberger’s and Macy’s Department Stores at the Garden State Plaza, Paramus, for 25 years retiring in 1985, she was a parishioner of Mt. Virgin Church, Garfield, and a member of the Garfield Deborah Chapter. She is predeceased by her husband Peter Adzima in 1981, and her brother Jack Librizzi. She is survived by a son, Nicholas Adzima and wife Elaine, a daughter, Maryanne McIntyre and husband Robert, a granddaughter, Kelly Whitaker and husband Kevin, and two great-grandchildren, Lilly and Grace. Visiting Friday 5 to 9 pm. The funeral is Saturday, January 24, 2014, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 8 am followed by a 9 am mass at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Garfield. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
