The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Betty Charles can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: We will all miss you terribly Aunt Betty Jean. You had the kindest heart and always had a smile on.

When I think about..... the METS, Jersey tomatoes, hot dogs from the Coffee Shop, getting my hair cut at the hospital beauty parlor, glass door knobs that I thought were real gems, Shake N Bake, drinking Cold Duck out of a shot glass at Thanksgiving, Monte Carlos (blue and red), spaghetti dinners, Hess trucks, hitting the beach ball around in your pool - but you couldn't get your hair wet because you just had it set.....and you slipped and went under, the Giants, 42nd Street, slot machines, romance novels, cats named Mitsy.....
