BORDONARO, Concetta (nee Malleo), age 82, of Lodi, died on June 9, 2015. Born and raised in Bolognetta, Sicily-Italy for 21 years, she has lived in Lodi the past 61 years. She was the owner and operator of Bordonaro’s Grocery in Lodi for over 30 years. She was a parishioner of Mt. Virgin Church, Garfield, a former member of St. Anthony Society Women’s Auxiliary, Garfield, and she was a devoted mother and grandmother. She is predeceased by her husband Settimo Luciano in 2003, her parents, Antonino and Paola Malleo, and her siblings, Antonina LoBue, Maria Niscemi, Melchiorre and Salvatore Malleo, and Ciro Persico. She is survived by two children, Rose Todaro and husband Nicholas, and Joseph Bordonaro, a sister, Carmelina Favia, and three grandchildren, Michael, Danielle, and Nicholas L. Visiting Friday 5 to 9 pm. The funeral is Saturday, June 13, 2015, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 8am followed by a 9am mass at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Garfield. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook. The Bordonaro family is in the care of the Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Ave., Garfield (973-340-7077). Condolences/Directions visit aloiafuneral.com
