Condolence: Ciro was my coach when I was rif'ed and had to look for another job late in my career. His gentle and perceptive encouragement was key to my being able to focus on what was important, and he helped me start a career in a new field that was meaningful and exciting to me. He was a caring and compassionate man with a big heart and penetrating sense of justice. My deepest condolences to his family and friends at the loss of such a man - but my congratulations that you had the benefit of his love and life! He touched so many, and we were all blessed to know him.
