Obituary for Jadwiga Lozowska (Olichwer)

LOZOWSKA, Jadwiga (nee Olichwer), age 89, of Wallington, died on January 6, 2016. She was born in Bereza Kartuska, Poland and lived there for 45 years moving to Garfield for several years before settling in Wallington. She was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Kostka RC Church in Garfield where she was active in the Polish Rosary Society, and she worked for Accutech in Wallington before retiring. She is predeceased by her husband Stanislaw in 1986. Loving mother of Janina Lunka and husband Matt, Zofia Flisinska and husband Ben, and Zygmunt Lozowski and wife Bozena, dear sister of Zofia Bielewicz, and cherished grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. The funeral is Saturday, January 9, 2016, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 8 am followed by a 9:30 am mass at St. Stanislaus Kostka RC Church, Garfield. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook. The Lozowska family is in the care of the Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Ave., Garfield (973-340-7077). Condolences/Directions visit aloiafuneral.com
