Margaret "Marge" Ficarra (Puzino)
FICARRA, Margaret (Puzino), age 88, was born on February 26, 1928 and died on April 8, 2016. She was married to Paul Ficarra who predeceased her in 1990. Margaret was a life long resident of Garfield, and a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Virgin RC Church, Garfield. Margaret's heart was full of love which she shared with her entire family. She was a caring sister, aunt, and cousin to a huge extended family. She was a wonderful mother, mother-in-law and she was an amazing Nana to her two grandchildren who she cared for often while they were growing up. Margaret absolutely loved to cook and was often remembered by people for the variety of Italian dishes she made. Her favorite times were surrounding by her family. Loving mother of Mario and his wife Ginny, cherished grandmother of Rachel and Marc and his fiancee Sarah, and her beloved great-grandson, Mario James. Visiting Monday 4 to 8 pm. The funeral is Tuesday, April 12, 2016, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 8 am followed by a 9 am mass at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Garfield.
