Obituary for David Peter Scarpulla
SCARPULLA, David Peter, age 33, of Whiting, died on September 17, 2016. Born in Hackensack, he lived in Garfield 32 years ago moving to Whiting last year. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church in garfield. He is survived by his loving parents, Frank and Giovanna Scarpulla, his dear grandmother, Nella Scaltro, and his beloved brother, Steven Scarpulla (girlfriend Carola Marquez). Cherished nephew of Maria (Julio) Lopez, Joe (Angelina) Scarpulla, Tony (Nancy) Scarpulla, Isabella (Carmelo) Scarpulla, Domenico (Rosetta) Scarpulla, Salvatore (Maria) Scarpulla, Rosaria (Paul) Barcia, Ciro (Linda) Scarpulla, Rose (John) Iaquez, Mary (Joseph) Randazzo, Angela Neuberger, and Sarah (Larry) Emilianovitz. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Francesco Scaltro, and Pietro and Giuseppina Scarpulla. Visiting Thursday 5 to 9 pm. The funeral is Friday, September 23, 2016, arriving at the Aloia Funeral at 8:30 am followed by a 9:30 am mass at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Garfield. Interment St. Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi.
