Obituary for Marie C. Kenny (Elsner)
KENNY, Marie C. (nee Elsner), age 83, of Toms River, died on November 20, 2016. Born in Jersey City, she lived in Secaucus and Wood-Ridge before settling in Toms River. She was a sales associate at Silver Threads in Brick, NJ before retiring, and a former member of the Carlstadt Knights of Columbus Women’s Auxiliary. She is predeceased by her husband Timothy Kenny in 1983, her sons Timothy and Dennis Kenny, and her daughter Marie E. Kenny. Loving mother of Elaine McCrickard and husband Kevin, Diane Kenny, David Kenny, and Brian Kenny and wife Suzanne, cherished grandmother of Rachel, Nicole, Anthony, Alissa, and Kevin, great-grandmother of Joseph and Justin, and dear sister of Joyce Bahr and Lois Elsner. The Graveside Service will be 12 pm on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at Hillside Cemetery in Lyndhurst.
