Obituary for George Edward Kornegay
KORNEGAY, George Edward, age 77, of Maplewood, passed away on February 10, 2017 with his family by his side. Born in Washington, DC to Eddie and Madeline Kornegay, he resided in Maplewood. Mr. Kornegay was a Rutgers Graduate and a member of Omega Psi Phi. He was employed by Exxon and Bristol Myers for many years before retiring. He is survived by his wife Carole (nee Hines), two children, Michael and Janine, a sister, Dolores Cox, and a host of relatives and friends. A Memorial Service is being planned for a future date.
