BAL, Rissie Lucille (nee Amburgey), age 92, of Riverside, died on May 15, 2017, at her home surrounded by her family. She was a homemaker. Lucille was predeceased by her husband, Eugene, her beloved son, William, her grandchildren, Tammy and Stacy, and a great-grandson, Louie. She is survived by her devoted children: Gene, Ron, Carolyn, Larry, and Barbara, 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
