SOTELO, Maria, age 86, of Elmwood Park, died on May 26, 2017. Born in Lima, Peru, she emigrated to the United States in 1994 living in Garfield for 21 years moving to Elmwood Park two years ago. She was a homemaker and a parishioner of Most Holy Name RC Church, Garfield. Maria is predeceased by her husband, Dobias in 2016. Loving mother of Marisa Nunez and husband Waldo, Jorge Orihuela and wife Elizabeth, Rosario Orihuela, Hugo Orihuela, and Javier Solar, dear sister of Rosa Li, Olga Chung, Carmen Vallejo, and Teresa Santos, and cherished grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
