Obituary for Charles Papalia
PAPALIA, Charles, age 80, a lifelong resident of Passaic, died on July 1, 2017. He worked for the City of Clifton Water Department for 29 years as a meter reader retiring in 1999. He is survived by a son, a brother, Joseph Papalia and wife Barbara, and a sister, Lucille Angelo. He is predeceased by two brothers, Jack and Louis Papalia. Visiting Thursday 4 to 7 pm. The funeral is Friday, July 7, 2017, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 10:15 am followed by a 11:15 am chapel service. Entombment St. Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi. In lieu of flowers the family is accepting memorial donations. The Papalia family is in the care of the Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Ave., Garfield (973-340-7077).
