Marian Fusco (Giordano)

FUSCO, Marian (Giordano), 87, passed away August 2, 2017 in Cape Coral, Florida. Marian was a lifelong resident of Lodi and in later years retired with her husband to Toms River before moving to Cape Coral. Before her retirement, Marian taught for many years at Washington School and St. Joseph’s School in Lodi where she enriched and touched many lives. Marian was an engaging, vivacious person who smiled often and laughed easily. She opened her heart to all she met and always graciously welcomed everyone into her home. She was very devoted to her family, relatives, and numerous friends, and was much loved and cherished by all of them and she will be greatly missed.
She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Salvatore (Tardo) Fusco and her brother, Al Giordano. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John and Janice Fusco, her daughter and son-in-law, Felicia and Bob McQueeney; her grandchildren, Jayme and her husband Mike Bulger, Shannon and her boyfriend Jason Coffee, and Kellie and her boyfriend Brandon Peterson; seven great-grandchildren, Brodey, Raif, Deklin, Brent, Tiernan, Doneghan, and Delaney. She is also survived by her sister, Faye Giordano of Lodi, her sister-in-law, Judy Giordano of Glen Rock, and her lifelong friend and sister-in-law, Dorothy Gervino of Lodi. Marian leaves many devoted nieces, nephews, relatives, cousins, and friends.
Memorial Visiting will be 11 am to 12:30 pm on Monday, August 14, 2017, at the Aloia Funeral Home with a 1 pm Memorial Mass at St. Joseph’s RC Church. Lodi.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to St. Joseph’s Church, 40 Spring St., Lodi, NJ 07644. The Fusco family is in the care of the Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Avenue, Garfield (973-340-7077). Condolences/Directions visit
