Edward J Maceyak Sr.
MACEYAK, Edward J. Sr., age 77, a life long resident of Garfield, died August 23, 2017. He served six years in the Air Force during the Vietnam War from 1960 till1966. He was employed as a printer for J. Josephson Inc., Moonachie for many years retiring in 2006. He was a Garfield Little League Coach from 1984 - 1994 and a member of the NJ Rifle and Pistol Association. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Frances (nee DiPiazza), one daughter, Deborah Ladin (husband Philip), two sons, Edward Jr. (wife Soraya) and Brian Maceyak, and one sister, Carol Maceyak. Beloved Pop to Steven (fiancé Jessica), Jacqueline, Briana, Daniella, Gianna, Ava and Luis. A memorial mass will be Saturday, September 9, 2017, at 10:30AM at Sacred Heart RC Church, 145 Randolph Avenue, Clifton NJ 07011. In lieu of flowers the family will accept memorial gifts for the Wounded Warriors Family Support, www.wwfs.org.
