Obituary for Fiore Richard Caccioppoli
CACCIOPPOLI, Fiore Richard, 97, of Northvale, passed away on September 5, 2017. Beloved husband of 70 years to Connie Caccioppoli (Romano). Devoted father of Carolyn (Nichols) of San Mateo, CA and Susan Rose Romano of Northvale. Loving grandfather to James, Sarah (husband Josh), Theresa, Cassandra & Alyssa, plus numerous nieces & nephews. Dear brother of John (wife Sarah) of California, Anthony (wife Marta) of Wayne, Frank (late wife Betty) of Asbury Park, and Jim of Nevada. Predeceased by his brother, Noe and his sister, Filomena. "Richie" was born in 1920 to Italian immigrant parents, John Caccioppoli & Carmela (De Gennaro). He served proudly in the Army Air Force during WWII.
