RICHARDSON, Patricia L. (nee Mastropole), age 68, a lifelong resident of Garfield, died on January 23, 2018. She worked as a dispatcher and records clerk 27 years with the City of Garfield Police Department retiring in 2014, and she was a member of the Garfield Women’s Club. She is predeceased by her husband, Bruce in 1971. She is survived by her loving daughter, Cheryl A. Burden, five adored grandchildren, Kasandra and John, Jessica, Ally, Danielle, and Christopher Bruce, her dear cousin, Elizabeth “Sissy” and Leon Hughes, and her dog, Lucifer. Visiting 9:30 to 11:30 am on Friday, January 26, 2018, at the Aloia Funeral Home followed by a 11:30 am chapel service. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook. In lieu of flowers the family is accepting donations for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
