Obituary for Gary D. Vecchione
VECCHIONE, Gary D., age 58, a lifelong resident of Lodi, died on August 27, 2018. Gary was a freelance artist who loved to paint landscape scenery and sold his art at local businesses, and he was a parishioner of Mt. Virgin RC Church, Garfield. Gary is survived by a brother, Kenneth Vecchione, two nieces, and two aunts, Lorraine Valente and husband Ralph, and Colombia Trotta and husband Ralph. He is predeceased by his parents, Frank and Nancy Vecchione. The funeral is Wednesday, August 29, 2018, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home for visiting from 9:30 to 10:30 am followed by a 11am mass at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Garfield. Entombment St. Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi. In lieu of flowers the family will accept donations for the American Kidney Fund.
