Carol R.  Nigro (Hardy)
NIGRO, Carol R. (nee Hardy), age 69, of Wyckoff, died on August 13, 2012. She was born and resided in NY, NY moving to Waldwick and settling in Wyckoff. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University in Queens, NY and with her Master’s degree from Montclair State University. She was a chemistry teacher for 30 years at Pascack Hills High School in Montvale retiring in 2002. She was a member of the NJEA and the Wyckoff Women’s Club. She is predeceased by her husband Frank A. in 2011. She is survived by her son, John Anthony Nigro, and her brother-in-law, Daniel Nigro and his wife Marietta. The funeral is Friday, August 17, 2012, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 8 am followed by a 9 am mass at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Garfield. Interment St. Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi. Visiting Thursday 5 to 9 pm. The Nigro family is in the care of the Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Ave., Garfield (973-340-7077). Condolences/Directions visit aloiafuneral.com
