Condolence: I met Bill over twenty years ago through our association with POPAI and he always greeted me with a smile! A talented man, his contributions to our many POPAI successes were immeasurable! Our Marina del Rey sailing trips after our California meetings were always a highlight and Bill's friendship will always be a cherished memory.
