Obituary for Richard Amico

AMICO, Richard, age 81, of Bergenfield, formerly of Garfield, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 24, 2015. Born in Garfield to Antonio and Nunziata (Zangarra) Amico, Rich was the youngest of five siblings. Richard is survived by his son, Anthony R. Amico and his wife Julie, six grandchildren, Richard, Anthony Jr., Joseph, Liana, Alaina and Anthony, a great-grandson, Joey Jr, and a sister, Josephine Amico-Veniero. He is predeceased by his wife, Maryann in 2014, three siblings, and his parents. Wherever you go in life and death, know my hopes, thoughts and love will be with you. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting services on Tuesday from 2 to 7 PM at Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Ave., Garfield, NJ 07026 (973) 340-7077. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Our Lady of Sorrows RC Church, 53 Madonna Place, Garfield. Entombment Calvary Cemetery, Paterson.
