Obituary for Geraldine Jakubiak (Jakubowski)
JAKUBIAK, Geraldine (nee Jakubowski) age 74 of Garfield died on February 18, 2009. Born in Plaines, PA she lived there for 18 years, Lodi 36 years, and Garfield the past 20 years. She was a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Joseph’s RC Church, Lodi. She is predeceased by her husband Joseph in 1999. She is survived by a son Joseph, a daughter Kimberly Barthel and her husband Kurt, 2 sisters Cassie Adams and Joan Marchetti and 2 grandchildren Tawney and Kurt. Jr. The Memorial service will be on Monday Evening, February 23 2009, 7 pm at St. Joseph’s RC Church, Lodi. In lieu of flowers the family is accepting donations for the American Heart Association.
