I want to extend my condolences to the family. He was a good friend and a great guy. Rich was one of the two essential leaders in the efforts to bring major changes to Columbia football and athletics. He deserves much credit for the recent changes and successes of Lions football. It was enjoyable to sit with him during games. Rich will be greatly missed by his family and friends. John Markos
