Louis Penven, III, of Maple Shade, New Jersey, born on November 13, 1946, passed away at age 71 on November 1, 2018. Louis served in the Army from 1965 to 1969 and was a pharmacist by trade. Louis was the loving husband of the late Maria Penven. He is survived by his daughters, Susan DiFilippo and Brenda Smith; and grandchildren, Anthony DiFilippo Jr, Dominic DiFilippo, Devon Smith, Jocelyn Smith, and Greyson Penven. Louis' enjoyed watching old movies, playing cards and was a big Elvis Fan. He was a long time member of the Happy Hour Social Club, in Maple Shade NJ. Friends and family are welcome to attend the Military Honor Ceremony on Monday, November 19 from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m. at NJ State Military Cemetery, 350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562. Memorial Gathering Luncheon at 1:00pm will be held at the Happy Hour Social Club, 746 Laurelton Avenue & Route 73 South, Maple Shade, NJ 08052.
