MIKARDOS, Frances (nee Fotopoulos), age 91, of Clifton, on November 19, 2018. Born in NY, NY she lived there for 23 years settling in Clifton 68 years ago. She was a parishioner of St. George Greek Orthodox Church, Clifton, and proprietor of her family business, Dayton Homemade Chocolates in Clifton (Botany Village) over 60 years. She also worked 15 years as a secretary with Popular Club and Vornado Realty Company in Garfield until 1994. She is predeceased by her husband, John in 2001, and her brothers, Spiro “Pete” and Dennis Fotopoulos. She is survived by her two loving children, MaryAnn Mikardos and Dan Mikardos and wife Joan, and three cherished grandchildren, John, Daniel, and Sharon. Visiting Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral is Saturday, November 24, 2018, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 8:30 am followed by a 10 am mass at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, Clifton.
