To the Bob and the rest of the Cala family... She was a lovely woman, whenever it was "my turn" to pick you up to go out which was pretty much every night of the week when we were young and better looking :) ….you were NEVER ready, so I came into the house Bob and your mother was so loving and caring and would always make me feel comfortable in your home. I sat on the couch waiting for you to primp up in front of your mirror but no problem to me! your mother was there to talk with me and always with a smile! I love her and will miss her. She was certainly a good lady. Good memories!!! And, one more thing, her funeral is tomorrow (February 11) which happens to be my mother's birthday, God rest her soul as well. Coincidence? Hmmmmm. I am with you and your family Bob. Danny Ventola, Febuary 10, 2019

To the family of Mrs Jeannette Cala - My Prayers are with everyone at these most difficult times. Although I will not be able to be with you physically please know that I am with you in spirit with a heavy heart. Mrs Cala my 2nd Mom growing up was truly loved. She always made me feel welcomed and loved in the Cala home. My best friend Bob is still incredible as we talk all the time and stay in touch. Mrs Cala raised all beautiful children Maria, Vinny , Joe and Bob who were all like brothers and sisters to me. She was a special woman who lived a beautiful life and she will be missed by all. I always sent my LOVE to you Mrs. Cala and today is no different. RIP in Heaven and LOVE YOU!
