GIAMPETRUZZI, Kathleen (nee Lamb), age 67, of Brooklyn, NY, died on August 4, 2019. Born in Kingston, NY, she was raised in Rosendale, NY for 18 years settling in Brooklyn 43 years ago. She was an administrative assistant with the Medicaid Fraud Division for the City of New York before retiring. Kathleen was a parishioner of St. Patrick’s RC Church, Brooklyn, and a professional musician playing the guitar and piano with The Wonder Beans Band and Kate and Lou Band. She is predeceased by her husband, Louis V. in 2006, and her parents, John and Marie Lamb. She is survived by two loving sisters, Sister Mary John Lamb and Judge Elizabeth Lamb and husband Dennis Selmont, a dear brother-in-law, Vito Giampetruzzi, and a nephew, Brian Giampetruzzi. The funeral is Friday, August 9, 2019, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 9:30 am followed by a 11 am mass at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Garfield.
