CHRIST, Joel Larry, age 48, of Blairstown, died on February 11, 2020. Born in Passaic, he settled in Blairstown many years ago, and he worked 31 years as an automotive mechanic with The Auto Shop in Blairstown. Joel is survived by two sisters, Dawn Christ and Kristal Christ, two nephews, three nieces, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is predeceased by his father, Larry Christ in 2007, and his mother, Christine Christ in 2012. Joel’s Life Celebration will be 4 pm on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at the First Presbyterian Church, 54 High Street, Newton, NJ.
