CALDERIO, Mary F. (nee Lucosky), age 95 of Garfield, died on October 9, 2020. Born in Smock, PA, she lived there 15 years and Elmwood Park 5 years settling in Garfield 75 years ago. She was a seamstress many years at Forstmann Woolen Mills before retiring, and was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Virgin RC Church, both of Garfield. Mary was an avid New York Mets fan, enjoyed crossword puzzles and word search books, watching her soap operas, and playing her lottery numbers religiously. Mary’s love of family was her greatest joy and she will be forever missed and remembered. She is predeceased by her husband, Paul E. in 1968, and three sisters, Alice Gorski, Stella Lucosky, and Helen Lucosky. Mary is survived by three devoted children, Edward “Donnie” Calderio and wife Colleen, Paul Calderio, and Catherine Calderio, five cherished grandchildren, Mark, Donelle, Randy, Rachel, and Gabrielle, and six adored great-grandchildren, Angelina, Mark, Jr., Joey, Robert, Willow, and Jaxson. Memorial Visiting Wednesday, October 21, 2020, from 6 to 8 pm with a 7:30 pm chapel service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
