WITTEK, Elaine E., age 80, of Irvington, passed away on February 15, 2021 at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville. Born on August 8, 1940 in Newark, she was a lifelong resident of Irvington. Elaine worked in the finance department at Columbus Hospital in Newark until her retirement, loved playing the accordion, and belonged to the Sano Accordion Symphony. She was kind hearted and loved spending time with her family and friends. Belated daughter of Albert and Lidia Wittek, and her life long partner, Leonel Duarte. She leaves behind many cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends. A memorial mass will be held at a later date.
