LOONEY, Pamela Ann (nee Bellias), age 63, of Flanders, passed away peacefully February 19, 2021, surrounded by beloved husband and son by her side. She was born May 16, 1957 in Passaic, NJ. Pamela loved to love people. She always lit up a room with her smile and radiance. She will always be remembered as kind, caring, and loving, with an outgoing personality. Throughout her childhood years she lived in Wayne, NJ. After meeting her husband in 1987 they wed in 1988. Pamela and Ed then settled in Newfoundland, NJ where they raised their son, Edward Nicholas. Throughout her married life and beyond, Pamela cherished above all else her role as mother to Edward. Her unquestioning and unbounded love for him, and the inexhaustible devotion to do all that she could and to work as hard as she needed to in order to keep him safe and to make him happy, was her life’s work, her gift to us, her lasting legacy. Pamela found joy spending time with her husband Edward, they loved to watch TV together, especially, Criminal Minds, the Bravo channel, Yankee, and Giant games, and listening to music. She also found joy being surrounding by her sisters, for which they had a special bond. Pamela had a passion for travel. She along with her husband and son traveled to many destinations through the years. They specially held a special place in their heart for Disney World for which they visited dozens of times. She loved to cook and bake, especially Greek cookies during the holidays for all. Pamela was immensely loved and admired by many lifelong friends around the world. She especially connected with her family and friends in Chios, Greece, where she desired to live someday. Her gentle kindness, her sincere interest in others, and her cheerful company, attracted everyone to her. The unique beauty of her spirit and character, her grace, and elegance, were all reflected in her joyous, unforgettable smile. Pamela was very spiritual and often observed that all God wants is for us to be good. She leaves us now having lived her shortened life to the end as an example of what simple, uncomplicated, divinely inspired goodness is, how precious it is and how important it is for each of us to follow her example to the end.
