Obituary for Anna Zangara (Mastropole)
ZANGARA, Anna (nee Mastropole) age 92 of Garfield died on June 6, 2010. She was born and resided in New York for 8 years, and Garfield for 84 years. She was a homemaker, a parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Virgin Church, and an AARP member. She is predeceased by her husband Joseph, seven brothers and six sisters. She is survived by two daughters Camille Frumolt with her husband Victor, and Joyce Daniw with her husband Walter. Beloved grandmother of five grandchildren. The funeral is Wednesday, June 9th, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Ave., Garfield (973-340-7077) at 10:30 am followed by an 11:30 am mass at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Garfield. Entombment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook. Visiting Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers family is accepting donations to Macular Degeneration Foundation, PO Box 531313, Henderson, NV 89053.
