DIGIROLAMO, Lucy (nee Silkowski), age 88, of Paramus, died on September 5, 2022. Born in Hackesnack, she was raised in Garfield 40 years settling in Paramus 48 years ago. She was a homemaker, and a parishioner of Mt. Virgin Church, Garfield. She is survived by her beloved husband of 67 years, Vito, five devoted children, Lucy Edmonds and husband Derwin, Kathy Ann Digirolamo, Michael DiGirolamo and wife Mary, Mark and Vito Digirolamo, four cherished grandchildren, Lauren Keller (John), Lynnann Prehart (Miles Catbagan), John Anthony Prehart (Christine) and Sky DiGirolamo, and five great-grandchildren, Amber, Dylan, Jace, and Kayla with Baby Phoenix on the way. She is predeceased by her mother, Helen Silkowski and her brothers, Fritz and Edward Silkowski. Visiting Thursday 4 to 8 pm. The funeral is Friday, September 9, 2022, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 10 am followed by a 11 am chapel service. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook.
