Josephine  Nicastro (Camilli)
NICASTRO, Josephine (nee Camilli), age 81, a life-long resident of Garfield, died on January 3, 2011. She was a homemaker, a parishioner of Most Holy Name Church in Garfield, and a charter member of the 20th Century Athletic Association Women’s Auxiliary in Garfield. She is predeceased by her sisters, Louise Magnarelli and Jean Dery, and a sister-in-law Lucy Gubitosi. She is survived by her husband of 61 years Michael, two sons, Andrew and his wife Charlene, and Joseph and his wife Mary, a daughter, Michele Koptyra and her husband David, 5 grandchildren, David and his wife Marigrace, Anthony and his wife Jessica, Paul, Amanda, and Samantha, and 4 great-grandchildren HollyAnne, Lincoln, David, and Katelyn. The funeral is Friday, January 7, 2011, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 8:30 am followed by a 9:30 am mass at Most Holy Name Church, Garfield. Interment St. Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi. Visiting Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Nicastro family is in the care of the Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Ave., Garfield (973-340-7077). The family is accepting donations for the Susan G.
