LiCastri, Maria G. (LaSpina), of Lodi, died on September 7, 2014. Born in Marineo, Sicily-Italy, she lived there for 45 years and Garfield 3 years before settling into Lodi 45 years ago. She was a dress maker with LoBue Fashions in Garfield, a member of the I.L.G.W.U. - Passaic Local, and a parishioner of St. Joseph’s RC Church, Lodi. She is predeceased by her husband Mariano in 2006. She is survived by a son, Carmelo LiCastri and wife Rosa, two daughters, Rosa DeLuca and her late husband Silvio, and Maria Mirante and husband Filippo, nine grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. The funeral is Wednesday, September 10, 2014, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 9 am followed by a 10 am mass at St. Joseph’s RC Church, Lodi. Entombment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook.
