Obituary for Anna Peracchio (Frega)

Anna Peracchio (Frega)
My father passed when I was 13 years old. She never remarried. She would say he was the love of her life. And, once you go Peracchio you can never find another. My mom and I were so close as close as a mother and son can get. She would call every day and would always ask is everyone all right? And when the response of yes, she said that’s all I want to know. We always said I love you and that I a gift that I will cherish my entire life.

Mom was called many names... Mom, Nani, Annie, Anna Aunt Anna, Tannna. She has a huge family and loved each and every one of them. She was the type of person that would give whatever she had, even if she couldn’t afford it. Always a few bucks in a birthday card, opened her house to friends and family and always said, “You hungry what can I make you” and continued saying that until you gave in and said ok.

As a Grandmother she was the best, always loving. She would walk to our house every day when she was younger, just to help with Frankie. She was the only person who could get him to eat. She would play with him all day, sleep over and play all day with him again. As he got older, she would play video games with him, we nicknamed her SegaNani... She was so very proud of Frankie and loved him so very much.

As a Mother-in-Law, Chris couldn’t ask for a better one, she never melted, she was always there to help. She called Chris her daughter not her daughter-in-law. Chris was so touched by that. My wife is so thankful to have had her in her life and loved her so very much.

On a lighter note, she was a high spirited person who loved her wine always raised her glass and would say “Here’s Luck.” She loved parties and always had a dirty sense of humor. She loved her blow up doll that her niece Judi had given her, she even put it her bedroom and sometimes took it with her to parties.

We will never forget how she loved life and we all should be so blessed with that outlook. She was a wonderful, kind, loving sweetheart. We all will miss her deeply. May God Bless her. We love you.

Everyone has noted that when Anna and her son looked into each others eyes it was a look of such admiration, this even amazed the nurses. They had never seen anything like it... There was a genuine spiritual connection.
