Obituary for John Edward Panasovich
PANASOVICH, John Edward, age 78, of Garfield, died on September 5, 2016. Born in Bellevue, PA, he settled in Garfield many years ago. He was employed as a medical records clerk for Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack before retiring. He served in the U.S. Navy and from 1956 to 1961 decorated with the Good Conduct Medal, and reenlisted in the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1965 during the Vietnam War also receiving the Good Conduct Medal. Visiting will be Saturday 4 to 6 pm at the Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Avenue, Garfield, NJ (973-340-7077). Interment Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown.
