STAROPOLI, Cira (nee Randazzo), age 83, of Garfield, died on June 22, 2017. Born and raised in Marineo, Sicily-Italy for 34 years, she emigrated to the United States settling in Garfield 49 years ago. She was a member of the St. Ciro Society the San Pio Society both of Garfield, and a parishioner of Mt. Virgin Church in Garfield where she belonged to the Sacred Heart Society. Loving mother of Ciro Staropoli and wife Karen, Antonino Staropoli and wife Maria, and Maria Parlavecchio and husband Antonino. Adored sister of Ciro Randazzo, Francesca Zuccaro, and Giuseppina Barone and cherished grandmother of Frankie, Santo, Antonino, Jr., Daniella, Frank, Marcella, and Nicholas, and adored great-grandmother of Gabriella, Giuliana, Ava, Adam, Jr., and Ciro. Visiting Sunday 2-6 pm. The funeral is Monday, June 26, 2017, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 10 am followed by an 11 am mass at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Garfield.
